POST PRODUCTION

 POST-PRODUCTION:

 EDITING:

We began by structuring the script following its addition of footage stored in Google Drive. The core element to sustenance of film continuity was arranging movie clips according to correct chronological sequence so that scenes could transition smoothly. Many filter clips were included to establish one continuous space with natural transitions between camera angles. The correct placement of all shots during this stage established spatial consistency because it connected footage filmed at various moments and distinct viewpoints.

I moved on to concentrate on the voiceover process after establishing the visual elements. All recorded dialogues received proper placement to coincide naturally with their corresponding scenes. The timing of voiceovers required natural flow so I adjusted speeds to avoid abrupt pauses or quick lines. The video and audio synchronization improved when I applied slowed-down playback whenever needed to maintain realistic movement coordination. Different fade effects helped me produce natural audio transitions which prevented disruptive abrupt cuts from breaking the immersion.

Color grading aimed to adjust the entire film tone to match the dark psychological mood and theme of the content. I changed the color correction set-up through decreasing highlights and boosting contrast dimensions that made shadows appear deeper and generated an intensified visual outcome. The application of LUT (Lookup Table) produced a color profile that balanced shadows and highlights as it added emotional hues to my footage. To enhance the pessimistic mood I selected a LUT which applied desaturated warmth to reinforce the disturbing setting of the movie. The gloomy mood serves two purposes: portraying Aimen's mental distress and creating scenes with deeper realism.

The dissolving transition effect created a mystical dimmed effect which harmonized with the suspenseful nature of the film. The introduction demanded a forceful start thus the title received its subtle yet unsettling display at the beginning.

A school ambiance effect was added as background sound design which included indistinct chatter to establish the realistic setting. The creators added a continuous thrilling audio element underneath the scenes to create more suspense in the atmosphere. I modified the ear-piercing effect into separate segments which achieved maximum impact by reaching its first peak and second peak at specific points. The most important addition to the composition were whispering sounds that I specifically placed when Aimen discovers the knife. The whispered sounds infused the scene with dark supernatural energy that intensified the nervous atmosphere and heightened the dramatic effect at each moment.

The audio quality improved through my use of Adobe Podcast which allowed me to remove detrimental background noise thus preserving clean dialogue together with sound effects. I used Topaz AI to achieve shot stabilization which enhanced the professionalism and smoothness of my visual content by minimizing camera shake. A continuous phone ring sound effect was implemented as the last step to increase the psychological strain on the viewer throughout the project. The background phone rings maintained its role as a disturbing element throughout the film to remind the protagonist that his anxiety level was increasing.

Each editing feature including sound effects and color treatment served to strengthen the psychological thriller elements that ran throughout the film. The refinement of all individual aspects led me to create a finished product which fully engaged viewers through its visual unity while generating emotional connection.
